How it all started…

From working in radio promotions as a radio promotions assistant to being a customer service coordinator for a top EPS manufacturer to managing a busy healthcare practice as an healthcare administrative assistant, Nordene often used her executive and creative administrative skills to support her husband’s growing construction materials business.

Realizing that she could use her skills and experience to support small to mid size businesses and solopreuners as virtual administrative assistant, Nordene opened Jenivy Solutions in 2021 and named it in honour of her late aunts Jenny and Ivy. In 2024, Nordene realized that she loved working on projects based tasks for her clients and decided to pivot her focus to virtual project management.

Now operating as Jenivy VA Services, Nordene offers virtual project management to small and mid size businesses and solopreuners in the areas of content marketing, digital communications, and webinar/meeting/ small event management.

Nordene has worked with small to mid size businesses and solopreuners applying her vastly unique knowledge of different industries. Her dedication, compassion, responsiveness, is apparent in every task and projects she’s given along with her exceptional organizational skills and her attention to detail.

In her spare time, Nordene enjoys watching sports, live music, outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and two children.
